From the Chargrill                                                    
All our steaks come only from young steers that have roamed on the lush, rich grass of the Brazilian pampas. The journey from pampas to table allows the meat to age for between five and six weeks, making it more tender still.
All are served with fries or mixed leaf, tomato and olive salad and a choice of cabrales butter, garlic butter, salsa fresca or chimi-churri salsa.
