    Never leave handbags on desks or wallets in coats in your absence.
    Keep them with you or lock them away.
  • Always keep money in a safe place.
    Even the tea money! Keep it locked dawer by day, in a safe by night - or remove from building.

  • Be careful with keys.
    Always keep them in a safe place and don't put spare safe keys etc in desk drawers - deposit them at a ban

  • Don't be overawed by callers.
    Even if a visitor has come to see thre Managing Director, make sure he or she is known and expected.
  • Never leave a caller alone in your office.
    Don't lreave the office for to arrange for a colleague to see him or her - use the phone.
  • Don't disclose confidential information to a stranger.
    However important the person seems, always report any request for information to your
    employer.
  • Don't assume all staff are as honest as you.
    Take care of your property and that of your employer.
